Do I need to create an account to try TeddySignal? No — the demo account works without login. Create an account to save progress, run bots and get signals.
Is the demo really free? Yes, completely. You get virtual funds and real live prices, so you can practise strategies without risking a single coin.
Signals
What is a signal, and what does it include? A signal is a trade suggestion with the coin, direction, entry zone, take-profit targets and a stop-loss, plus confidence. Learn more in our guide to signals.
Are signals guaranteed to profit? No — and any service claiming guarantees is dishonest. We state confidence honestly, and every signal includes a stop-loss because trades can lose.
Bots
Can I run a bot without experience? The bot app is designed to be approachable, but we strongly recommend practising on the demo and reading how bots work before running one with real money.
Is my exchange account safe when a bot trades? Bots use API keys you create on your exchange. Only grant trading permission — never withdrawal permission — and withdraw-disabled keys cannot move your funds.
Payments & accounts
How do I pay? Simple card checkout, or order directly via WhatsApp. After payment your account is upgraded instantly.
I forgot my password. Use the password reset link on the login page. If that fails, contact support with your account email.
Safety
How do I spot a fake "TeddySignal"? We never ask for your password or recovery phrase, and never ask you to send crypto to a wallet. Anyone doing that is impersonating us — see our scam guide.
