Terms of Service
📜 Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026 · Applies to all TeddySignal services at teddysignal.com
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the TeddySignal website, demo environment, signal service, bots, tools, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally able to enter into binding contracts;
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading or related services are prohibited by law; and
- Your use of the Service does not violate any law, regulation, or exchange rule applicable to you.
We may restrict or refuse the Service in certain jurisdictions at our sole discretion, including where we believe compliance with local law is not practical.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- All activity that occurs under your account; and
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.
You agree not to create accounts under false identities, to create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or to allow others to use your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
4. Services We Provide
The Service provides educational trading content, market signals with suggested entry/take-profit/stop-loss levels, a simulated (demo) trading environment, learning materials, and optional bot tools. Signals and content are generated and curated for educational purposes only. We do not hold, custody, buy, or sell cryptocurrency on your behalf, and we are not a broker, exchange, or custodian.
5. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment
- Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Subscription prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with notice.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are at our discretion, except where required by applicable consumer law. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
6. Educational Purpose — Not Financial Advice
All content on the Service — including signals, charts, analysis, lessons, and bot outputs — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. We are not your fiduciary or financial advisor.
7. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk, including the possible loss of all funds. Market conditions, volatility, and leverage can amplify losses. Key risks include:
- High volatility and unpredictable price movements;
- Liquidity risk, especially in small or new tokens;
- Regulatory changes affecting crypto markets;
- Technical failures, exchange outages, or security incidents; and
- The risk that past performance — including backtests or demo results — does not predict future results.
You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment. Demo trading results are simulated and should not be treated as indicative of live results.
8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Service, its servers, or other users' accounts;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the software, bots, or algorithms;
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with us;
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes others' rights;
- Use the Service to manipulate markets, launder money, or fund prohibited activity; or
- Share your subscription credentials with others.
9. Demo Trading Account
Demo accounts use virtual funds and simulated positions at live market prices. Demo balances, profits, and results are not real and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real value. We may modify or reset demo balances at any time. Leaderboard and tournament results reflect demo performance only.
10. Automated Bots & Trading Tools
Bots and automation tools are provided as-is for convenience. You are solely responsible for configuring, monitoring, and using any bot, and for all orders, trades, or API connections made through it. We are not liable for losses caused by bot misconfiguration, API failures, exchange downtime, or network issues. It is your responsibility to review bot settings and enable any safety features (such as stop-losses) that your exchange supports.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, charts, software, bots, and educational material — is owned by or licensed to TeddySignal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (exchanges, payment providers, messaging apps, analytics services). We do not control and are not responsible for those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results — including signals or bot performance — will be accurate or profitable.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeddySignal and its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeddySignal and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or that your continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; paid entitlements are governed by our refund policy and applicable law.
17. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, announced through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Service.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue remedies in the courts of Pakistan. Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
19. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Contact Us
Questions about these terms? Contact us via our Telegram channel (t.me/teddysignal) or at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
21. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, power outages, internet or infrastructure failures, exchange outages, or other force majeure events. This section does not excuse payment obligations.
22. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only if made in writing and signed by the party granting it. No single waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
23. Assignment & Transfer
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your account or any rights under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided your rights under these terms are not materially reduced.
24. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeddySignal regarding the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
25. Electronic Communications & Notices
By using the Service you agree to receive communications from us electronically — including emails, in-app notifications, and messages through connected channels such as Telegram. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that notices be in writing. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and for checking the Service for announcements.
26. Complaints & Support
If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us through the support channels shown on the site with a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within ten (10) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may pursue the remedies described in the Governing Law section.
27. Community Rules (Telegram, X & Other Channels)
When you participate in our community channels you agree to:
- Be respectful — no harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination;
- Not post spam, scams, phishing links, or unapproved promotions;
- Not share your private keys or seed phrases, and never send funds to anyone claiming to be staff — our admins never DM you first;
- Not post content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law; and
- Follow the instructions of channel moderators.
We may remove content or ban users who violate these rules, at our discretion.
28. API & Automation Interfaces
Where we expose APIs, webhooks, or automation interfaces, you agree to use them responsibly and within any rate limits we set. You must not use automated access to scrape the Service, interfere with other users, or create excessive load. We may restrict or revoke API access for abusive use. You are responsible for securing any API keys or tokens issued to you.
29. Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your use of the Service, your subscription payments, and any cryptocurrency trading activity you undertake. We do not provide tax advice. Where required by law, we may issue tax documentation (such as invoices or receipts) for payments made.
30. Language & Interpretation
These terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words like "including" are not limiting.
